Other systems are activated by the fire at a later stage: Extinguishment is just as effective, but comes about when much of the goods are damaged beyond repair. The system is effective on both large and small fire and its range of pressures is a basic advantage: Depending on constraints such as the distance between the hazard and the storage area or the or complexity of the piping route, low or high pressure equipment, at 25 and 42 bar respectively, may be chosen, with more values available for the S-FLOW system; up to 60 bar*.
Fire Cease- HFC 227ea equipment is pressurized with nitrogen. This allows the agent to be stored in liquid phase and safely stabilized over a wide range of outside va-riables (temperature, handling, humidity, etc.), ready to operate at all times.

At normal temperature, FK-5-1-12 is a colorless, transparent and insulating liquid and it is the novel environmental harmonic and clean extinguishing agent. FK-5-1-12 is listed in standard documents such as ISO14520-2006 Physical Characteristics of Gas Extinguishing System and the System Design and NFPA2001 Design Specification of Clean Gas Extinguishing System, and the application-design of the product is normatively described.

The hydraulic calculation determines its size, ensuring the correct pressure and right amount of agent based on the calibration of orifice plates and the complete calculation of the pipe work. Available in sizes from 3/8’’ to 2 1/2’’, manufactured in various corrosion resistant materials. They have a maximum coverage (13.2 x 13.2) and can be installed at a height of up to 7.1 m.
FireCease systems use a proprietary continuous linear sensor tube that reliably detects and actuates release of the extinguishing agent using pneumatic technology. It is more flexible, space efficient and cost effective versus alternative mechanical or electronic systems.
Quick & easy installation directly inside electrical cabinets: The flexible sensor tubing is easily installed inside the electrical cabinet - directly above the wires and circuitry where a fire could start. When in service, the tubing is pressurized with dry nitrogen to 16 bars.
The dynamics of pressurization make the tubing more reactive to heat. Early fire detection: If a flame-up occurs, the heat of the fire causes the pressurized sensor tube to burst at the hottest spot (approx. 110°C)
Instant suppression: The sudden tube depressurization actuates the special pressure deferential valve and instantly floods the entire cabinet area with HFC 227ea / FK-5-1-12 extinguishing agent. The fire is quickly suppressed just moments after it began... minimizing damage and downtime.
